• 3–5 years of experience in community outreach, recruiting, or workforce development.
• Demonstrated public speaking and event-presenting experience.
• Experience building relationships with schools, colleges, and workforce organizations.

• Serve as the on-site and community-facing representative at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets with TSMC Arizona.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, workforce partners, and veteran-serving organizations.
• Engage students and job seekers in semiconductor career pathways.
• Capture leads and guide candidates through the application process with the Talent Acquisition team.
• Track recruitment activity and report progress toward targets.
