Job summary

The Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support workforce development and talent recruitment programs on behalf of TSMC Arizona. The hybrid role combines on-site coordination at TSMC AZ with remote collaboration, driving candidate experiences and program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting coordination and scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating interviews, appointments, or events across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining records, trackers, or reports with high accuracy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring contacts.
• Arrange company-approved interview details, locations, and materials.
• Track interview outcomes and next steps without making hiring decisions unless authorized.
• Support timely candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
