Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting in high-volume settings.
- Experience recruiting hourly pay rates, technicians, and high-volume roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and candidate management tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and close top talent while managing senior stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and accurate reporting in ATS.
