Job summary

Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation in Phoenix, AZ partners with TSMC Arizona to lead workforce development and recruitment initiatives. This hybrid role represents the organization at events, builds regional talent pipelines, and supports schools and community partners in exploring semiconductor careers.

You will coordinate outreach, track KPIs, deliver on-brand presentations, and help connect candidates with training pathways and open opportunities in the Greater Phoenix region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community outreach, recruiting, employer branding, public speaking, education, workforce development, or a related public-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience representing an organization publicly, including speaking to groups, staffing events, or delivering presentations to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-the-ground representative at recruiting events, job fairs, career expos, and community events across the Greater Phoenix region.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet semiconductor hiring targets set with the manufacturer.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and regional talent sources including high schools, community colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and veteran-serving organizations.
• Support school career awareness and hiring events; connect directly with students, job seekers, career changers, and program participants interested in semiconductor manufacturing careers.
• Capture leads and community interest at events and route prospective candidates into the TSMC Arizona application and recruiting process with the TSMC Arizona Talent Acquisition team.
• Track recruitment activity, candidate conversion, and progress toward company-approved hiring goals.
• Represent the semiconductor manufacturer and regional career pathways while following approved messaging and confidentiality requirements.
• Deliver approved presentations and informational sessions covering semiconductor careers, workplace expectations, training pathways, and application processes.
• Identify and coordinate engagement opportunities that strengthen employer awareness and priority candidate pipelines without disclosing proprietary or nonpublic information.
• Partner with TSMC Arizona Workforce Development and Talent Acquisition teams to align outreach messaging with current hiring needs and open requisitions.
• Partner on-site with the internal TSMC Arizona Workforce Development team to align community outreach with regional workforce strategy and hiring priorities.
