TSMC Arizona is seeking a Campus Recruiter to own the internship program lifecycle and develop a strong engineering talent pipeline. You will engage university stakeholders, coordinate events, and deliver an exceptional internship experience onsite at the Phoenix facility.

The role emphasizes end-to-end campus recruiting, strong communication, event planning, and the ability to travel occasionally for university events.

Responsibilities

• Intern Program Management: lead end-to-end lifecycle of the internship program.
• Engineering Recruitment: source and recruit engineering interns and new graduates.
• Event Coordination: plan and execute orientation, speaker series, social events, and final presentations.
• University Relations & Campus Recruiting: represent the company at career fairs and campus events.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a positive experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
