Job summary

Greater Phoenix Chamber Foundation, on behalf of TSMC Arizona, seeks a Recruiter/Workforce Development Brand Ambassador to advance semiconductor career pathways and engage students, schools, and community partners across the Phoenix region.

You will represent TSMC Arizona at events, build partnerships, and help meet hiring goals while safeguarding confidential information, with on-site and community travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community outreach or related public-facing roles.
• Proven public speaking and event staffing experience.
• Experience building relationships with external partners such as schools and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TSMC Arizona’s primary on-the-ground representative at recruitment events, job fairs, career expos, and community events.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, schools, community colleges, universities, workforce organizations, veteran-serving organizations, and other regional talent sources.
• Engage with students, job seekers, career changers, program participants, and prospective employees interested in semiconductor manufacturing careers.
• Track recruitment activity and progress toward company-approved hiring goals.
• Represent the company at career fairs, community college events, and other recruitment activities.
• Deliver presentations about semiconductor careers, training pathways, and application processes.
