Leadout Capital is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to join the Futureforce Talent Attraction team. You will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified internship/new graduate pipeline, partnering with the Futureforce Talent Delivery team to attract, engage, and assess diverse candidates.

You will build campus partnerships, coordinate in-person and virtual events, and maintain CRM talent pools to support ongoing recruitment.

The Experience

We are seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to join the Futureforce Talent Attraction team. In this role, you will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified pipeline for internship and new graduate roles. Working in close partnership with the Futureforce Talent Delivery team, you will attract, engage, and assess a diverse pool of candidates across a range of channels and sources while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Overview of the Role

• Attract and engage candidates across all channels - including inbound and outbound applications, campus events, and referrals - and conduct thorough candidate assessments to deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners


• Build and maintain university partnerships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and campus ambassadors to create a consistent Salesforce presence on campus, and plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events


• Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities, maintaining accurate talent pool records in the CRM to support effective pipeline nurturing


• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale across the recruiting process, and contribute market insights and process improvements to the broader Futureforce team

Required Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in the university or early talent landscape, with a track record of delivering against goals in a fast-paced environment


• Demonstrated ability to build and manage university partnerships, including relationships with career services, student organizations, and academic institutions


• Strong project management and data analysis skills - able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and use recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and report on pipeline health


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of global, cross-regional teams in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualification s

• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies to improve recruiting efficiency


• Experience working across global or cross-regional recruiting teams


• Background conducting competency-based candidate assessments


• Experience hiring technical early career talent

** This is a 6 month contract role. It will be in a hub office where you are expected to be in office at least 3 days/week. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship. **
