Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to join the Futureforce Talent Attraction team. You will own the candidate journey from initial engagement through to delivering a qualified internship/new graduate pipeline, partnering with the Futureforce Talent Delivery team to attract, engage, and assess diverse candidates.

You will build campus partnerships, coordinate in-person and virtual events, and maintain CRM talent pools to support ongoing recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in university/early talent landscape.
• Ability to build and manage university partnerships with career services, student organizations, and academic institutions.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills to optimize sourcing strategies and report on pipeline health.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with global, cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract and engage candidates across all channels and conduct thorough assessments to deliver qualified talent.
• Build and maintain university partnerships with career centers, student organizations, faculty, and campus ambassadors and coordinate events.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and maintain accurate talent pool records in the CRM to nurture pipelines.
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and provide market insights to the Futureforce team.
