Job summary

The Weather Company is seeking an agile, strategic, and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our talent attraction initiatives. In this role, you will balance strategic talent leadership with full life-cycle execution, partnering directly with business leaders, mentoring hiring teams, shaping our employer brand, and building high-impact pipelines of world-class talent.

You will act as a primary interface between Talent Acquisition and People & Culture Business Partners,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in talent attraction, HR, or similar roles.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for client roles across functions.
• Partner with business leaders and P&C to align hiring with goals.
• Develop employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Manage internship program and university relationships.
