Job summary

tmp is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to own the Talent Acquisition pillar within the global People team, shaping strategy and delivering day-to-day recruitment across the agency. You will manage the full lifecycle from brief to onboarding and partner with leaders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will drive talent strategy, build pipelines, and lead onboarding, ensuring new hires move from offer to impact with clarity and confidence in a fast-paced services

• Experience leading talent acquisition strategy for a global organization.
• Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding for multiple disciplines.
• Drive onboarding framework so new hires contribute with clarity and confidence.
• Shape employer branding and proactive talent pipelines to attract top talent.
• Improve recruitment operations, leverage ATS/tech, and apply data-driven insights.
• Ensure governance and compliance across recruitment activities.
