The Weather Company is seeking an agile, strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our talent attraction initiatives. You will own full life-cycle recruiting, mentor hiring teams, shape our employer brand, and build high-impact pipelines across client roles.

You will partner with People & Culture partners, optimize recruiting operations, marketing campaigns, candidate experience, and university programs, while supporting the internship program. Hybrid work model.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or related role
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, results-oriented team
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
