Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Talent Assessor to evaluate candidates for a designated client area, using the client’s ATS to manage high-volume roles and ensure timely fills. You will collaborate with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to screen applicants, build shortlists, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews while keeping accurate records.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure to meet daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience in staffing industry or HR recruitment preferred
• Strong computer literacy with Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet daily objectives
• Comfortable conducting 10–15 interviews per day

Responsibilities

• Review applicants in the client ATS and identify qualified candidates
• Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager
• Follow phone screen templates and assess fit against defined competencies
• Develop compelling stories to promote the job and client company
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordinate logistics
• Update candidate details in the ATS accurately and promptly
