Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Specialist I to manage the full requisition lifecycle, build client relationships, and act as a talent advisor for timely, high-quality outcomes. The role covers intake, sourcing, onboarding, worker assignments, time/expense management, offboarding, and reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with Hiring Managers, suppliers, and security to ensure paperwork accuracy, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction across North America.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or applicable experience.
• Experience in high-volume coordination activities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes daily.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
• Strong time management and organization.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and PC skills.
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process.
• Prepare insightful questions for requirement intake and gather detailed job descriptions.
• Document requirement intake conversations in the database (VMS, AGS360).
• Use reports to manage open requirements and advise on supplier sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate expectations, timeframes, feedback, and roles in the requisition process.
• Coach and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Document and track issues in CRM to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor contract SLAs, requisition aging, invoicing and vendor compliance.
• Maintain monthly activity and performance reports.
• Interact with client, vendors, and contract personnel via face-to-face, email, and phone.
• Assist with worker assignment management and data integrity.
• Liaise with managers, vendors, and security to complete paperwork.
• Ensure all work orders are closed with accurate finish reasons.
