Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to drive data strategy across the TA tech stack, audit data sources, and partner with stakeholders to define reporting and enablement needs. You will report to the Senior Manager of Recruitment Strategy and Operations on the TAOps team.

You will build dashboards, integrate ATS/CRM/HRIS data, optimize tooling, deliver training, analyze metrics, and support data governance to ensure privacy and compliance across TA systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI or tooling enablement in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience with ATS, CRM systems and recruiting technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Beamery, Eightfold, Gem).
• Experience in project managing technology implementations and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Passion for leveraging tech and data to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions to provide insights into talent acquisition performance and trends.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate data sources for a holistic pipeline view with dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for tooling optimization within the TA tech stack to boost productivity.
• Lead evaluation, implementation and adoption of new TA technologies.
• Develop training resources to help recruiters leverage data insights and tools.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify root causes and suggest adjustments.
• Support data governance for data integrity, privacy, and compliance across TA systems.
