Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to leverage data and optimize the TA tech stack for global recruiting efficiency. In your first 90 days, audit data sources, identify pain points, and partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement, ideally in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions to provide actionable insights into TA performance and trends.
• Integrate data sources (ATS, CRM, HRIS) for a holistic talent pipeline view with dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to optimize TA tooling and drive adoption of new technologies.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of TA tech to improve efficiency and data capture.
• Develop training to empower recruiters to leverage data insights and tools.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to identify root causes and guide strategic adjustments.
• Support data governance for data integrity and compliance across TA systems.
