Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to drive data-driven decisions across global Talent Acquisition. You will audit data sources, define reporting needs, and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective tool utilization, dashboards, and insights for recruiters worldwide.

You will collaborate with People Analytics and IT to unify data sources, optimize the TA tech stack, and lead new technology implementations, training, and governance to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making.
• Extensive experience with recruiting tech: ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions to provide insights into TA performance and opportunities.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate data sources for a holistic talent pipeline view.
• Identify opportunities to optimize TA tooling to boost recruiter productivity.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies.
• Develop training resources to enable recruiters to use data insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting metrics and identify root causes of fluctuations.
• Support data governance for data integrity and privacy across TA systems.
