Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead to optimize our TA tech stack and deliver data-driven insights for global recruiting. You will partner with analytics and IT teams to create dashboards and enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

In the first 90 days, you will audit data sources, identify pain points, and define reporting needs with stakeholders. Success is measured by data accessibility and tool adoption, impacting recruiter efficiency and hiring

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or tooling enablement within talent acquisition or HR operations.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and influence decision-making.
Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting technologies and driving user adoption.

Responsibilities

Design and implement data solutions to provide insights into TA performance and opportunities.
Integrate data sources (ATS, CRM, HRIS) for a holistic talent pipeline view and build dashboards.
Identify opportunities to optimize TA tooling and improve recruiter productivity.
Lead evaluation and adoption of new TA technologies to improve efficiency and data capture.
Develop training resources to empower recruiters to leverage data insights.
