Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Data Insights and Tooling Enablement Program Lead on the TA Ops team. You will audit data sources and tooling, deliver dashboards, and partner with People Analytics and IT to unify ATS, CRM, HRIS data for a global talent pipeline.

You’ll drive tooling optimization, lead new TA technology implementations, and develop training to empower recruiters. This role offers meaningful impact on recruiting efficiency and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in data analysis, BI, or tooling enablement, ideally within talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Proven track record translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing decision-making.
• Extensive experience with ATS, CRM systems, and recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Workday, Beamery, Eightfold, Gem).
• Experience in project managing technology implementations and driving user adoption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build stakeholder relationships.
• Passionate about leveraging technology and data to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data solutions to provide actionable insights into talent acquisition performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Partner with People Analytics and IT to integrate ATS, CRM, HRIS data for a holistic view of the talent pipeline, delivering dashboards and reporting.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for tooling optimization within the TA tech stack to meet business needs and enhance recruiter productivity.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new TA technologies that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data capture.
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources to empower recruiters to leverage data insights and recruiting tools.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting metrics, identify root causes for performance fluctuations, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Support data governance to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance across TA systems.
