Job summary

DoorDash's SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is the data hub powering decisions across GTM, Product, Finance, and Partnerships. We seek a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead a six-person team and drive the data roadmap end-to-end, partnering with executives across geographies and segments.

You will influence strategy, coaching, and delivery of high-impact data products. In your first 90 days, you’ll absorb the in-flight roadmap, establish trust with stakeholders, and set prioritization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data analytics or analytics engineering in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of people management including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Hands-on experience owning enterprise data infrastructure (Looker or BI tooling, DBT modeling at scale, Salesforce-to-warehouse pipelines).
• Proven track record partnering with executive stakeholders to translate business problems into scoped technical work.
• Fluency with modern AI/ML approaches and mentoring teams building production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior analysts and BI engineers.
• Own the D&A roadmap across GTM, Product, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across geographies and segments.
• Translate business problems into technical scope and define Build vs Run.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure and reusable components for GTM AI products.
• Mentor team in GenAI and ML approaches.
