Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Manager, Analytics & Strategic Initiatives to partner with HR and business leaders to shape stores talent strategies through data-driven insights and workforce analytics.

You will translate workforce data into actionable recommendations, develop executive dashboards, and support talent planning to drive business performance and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in Talent Management, HR strategy, workforce planning, or analytics.
• Experience leading talent review and succession planning processes.
• Experience creating workforce dashboards and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to influence leaders with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of talent management initiatives aligned to business objectives.
• Develop data-driven talent insights for executive discussions and planning.
• Create and maintain executive dashboards and workforce metrics.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline strategies.
• Analyze turnover, retention and organizational demographics to guide decisions.
• Present insights to senior leadership and drive workforce planning initiatives.
