Catalyst Brands is seeking an HR Business Partner for our New York stores to provide full-cycle HR support and strategic guidance to leadership. You will partner with VPs and store leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, coaching, policy guidance, and talent development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Talent Acquisition for diverse staffing, enhanced employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an HRBP or HR role providing strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to leaders and associates in a highly complex environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with business leaders to develop talent strategies and solutions that support business needs.
• Provides expert counsel and coaching on HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
• Oversees succession planning and talent reviews to identify top talent and skills gaps.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to source and staff a diverse workforce and ensure onboarding quality.
• Monitors engagement and looks for HR-driven improvements; conducts stay and exit interviews to track trends.
• Leverages specialists to build HR tools and expertise for client groups.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on HR projects as needed.
