Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Talent Analytics & Insights Partner to develop data-driven insights, measure talent programs, and forecast workforce needs. You will bridge Talent Strategy with HR systems, BI, and business decision-making to deliver actionable workforce intelligence.

The role emphasizes technical analytics, data modeling, and creating scalable reporting that informs enterprise strategies across multiple teams.

• Experience building enterprise-wide talent dashboards and metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across HR systems, IT, and business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise Talent Strategy reporting, dashboards, analytics, and workforce metrics.
• Establish meaningful measures for Talent Strategy programs and initiatives.
• Analyze internal workforce trends related to movement, retention, talent pipelines, succession, skills, and workforce demand.
• Build reporting and analytical tools to help leaders understand talent trends and opportunities.
• Partner with HR Systems, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other teams to access reliable workforce data.
• Evaluate data quality and improve reporting processes and systems.
• Combine information from multiple sources to create workforce insights.
• Support forecasting and workforce planning through data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve efficiency through technology.
• Translate technical findings into clear insights and recommendations for leaders.
• Research emerging analytics capabilities and tools to strengthen Talent Strategy.
