Job summary

NiSource in Columbus, OH seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst to own TA reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and insightful leadership-ready data. You will partner with HR, analytics, and stakeholders to drive visibility into recruiting outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities include building executive reporting packages, maintaining standards, and enabling data-driven decisions. Strong Excel, Workday Reporting, Paradox, and Power BI experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, Reporting, Analytics, or a related field.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or business insights.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to collect, analyze, and communicate data with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary owner of Talent Acquisition reporting, including metrics, KPI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, reports, and leadership reporting packages.
Analyze recruiting performance, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, hiring trends, and operational data to identify trends and recommendations.
Develop executive presentations and data‑driven summaries to support strategy and decision‑making.
Design, validate, and maintain reports using Workday, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
Manage Workday Recruiting and Paradox administration, including enhancements and testing.
