Job summary

MiQ is seeking a Talent Advisor for Analytics and Insights to support a data-informed culture across Global Talent and Operations. This role analyzes operational data, develops business metrics, identifies trends, and delivers actionable insights to executives and teams.

The role is a 6-month contract with possible conversion, with flexibility for Chicago office or remote location. You will build dashboards, guidelines, and AI roadmaps, collaborating with multiple functions to drive operational

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in research, data collection, analysis, and reporting of insights.
Sensitivity to data security and privacy protocols.
Excellent listening and questioning skills to understand the business.
Project management skills to drive on-time deliverables.
Creativity in developing simple, impactful data visualizations.
Experience with Excel and G-Suite required.
Experience with Workday, comparable HRIS or ERP reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and leaders to define business questions and translate analytics into talent narratives.
Translate analytics requirements into reports and drive projects to completion.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and identify root causes of trends.
Craft data visualisations to support business recommendations.
Report to the SVP of Talent Operations.
