Recruitics Careers is seeking a strategic Client Manager to help enterprise customers maximize value from the Recruitics Talent Intelligence & Acquisition Platform. You will advise on AI-driven insights, recruitment marketing tech, automation, and performance analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
As the primary advisor for your portfolio, you will drive adoption, conduct regular business reviews, and translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for both technical and executive
Qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Client Management with enterprise clients.
- Experience with HR technology or recruitment platforms and analytics.
- Ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients in Talent Acquisition.
- Help clients maximize platform adoption and business value.
- Lead business reviews with measurable outcomes and insights.
- Collaborate with Product, CS, Analytics, and Media teams to ensure client success.
- Provide strategic guidance on recruitment marketing and performance optimization.
