Job summary

MiQ is seeking a US HR Generalist in NYC to deliver high‑quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. This hybrid role focuses on operations, data analysis, and policy guidance, reporting to the Senior HR Director in NYC.

You will drive onboarding, performance cycles, internal mobility, and compliance, partnering with managers to foster MiQ’s culture and values while ensuring accurate HR data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in HR operations, employee relations, or a generalist role.
• Experience analyzing data to inform HR decisions; strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support for US employees and managers across the HR lifecycle.
• Partner with Senior HR Director to design and improve policies, processes, and onboarding.
• Manage HR data in HRIS, conduct monthly turnover and attrition analyses.
• Support performance cycles, internal mobility, and compensation Administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and maintain records.
