Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join our Industry Insights team in Chicago. The hybrid role requires on-site presence three days per week at client sites and involves delivering analysis and insights to support client decisions using NIQ data and tools.

You'll collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads, transform client questions into analytical stories, visualize data, and present actionable recommendations while coaching junior colleagues and leading knowledge initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CPG-related sales, category management, or market research.
• Experience with NIQ solutions or analytics is preferred.
• Proficiency in NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra etc.).
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and tool use.
• Curiosity for building data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Master NIQ tools to answer a range of client questions.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to improve the customer experience.
• Respond to briefing sessions and develop analytical outlines across NIQ solutions.
• Visualize data and translate numbers into actionable client recommendations.
• Prepare insights per Academy Silver standards and deliver with SCQA and AP.
• Drive customer satisfaction through relevant analyses and insights.
• Lead generation: identify revenue leads and convert with AD.
• Lead and coach junior team members; contribute to KPI-driven initiatives.
