Job summary

Quince is seeking a Talent and People Analyst to join our People Analytics team. You will translate recruiting questions into analyses, build and maintain dashboards, and partner with Talent Operations and Data Engineering to ensure accurate, well-modeled data that informs hiring strategy and planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of analytics, talent analytics, or people analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency with complex formulas and modeling.
• Strong SQL and relational data handling capabilities.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts (fact/dimension, star schema).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI or similar).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analytical partner for People and Talent Acquisition data.
• Translate recruiting questions into analyses, build dashboards, and report insights.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations, People Leadership, and Data Engineering on data models.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting logic across dashboards.
• Support capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling.
• Contribute to special Talent and People projects needing analytical support.
