Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking an experienced Talent Scheduler to align staffing with client needs across multiple states. You will forecast hours, monitor utilization, and optimize headcount while working closely with engagement teams to maintain accurate scheduling data.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with AI tools. BA/BS and CPA/RMCP are preferred. This is a full‑time position based in the Evansville region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in talent scheduling or related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and Claude.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency, data analysis, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, travel, skills and requirements.
• Forecast hours, track utilization, monitor headcount, and manage overtime.
• Identify solutions to open needs and proactively surface alternatives.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to maintain an updated scheduling system.
• Understand staff skills and career goals to optimize client assignments.
