As a senior contributor, you will collaborate with engagement teams, maintain accurate scheduling data, and develop solutions to capacity gaps while coaching junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience.
• Experience with data analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels, skills, and requirements.
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount, chargeable hours, and overtime for balanced workload.
• Identify solutions to open needs; anticipate conflicts and surface alternatives.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to keep scheduling data accurate for reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain skills and career goals profiles to ensure optimal client assignments.
• Monitor current and future capacity and availability to meet demand.
• Analyze resource data and trends around availability, utilization, variance, and team leverage.
• Build relationships with client teams and internal groups to promote consistent deployment.
