Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels and skills.
• Forecast hours, track utilization and monitor headcount and overtime.
• Identify solutions for open needs and anticipate conflicts.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to keep the scheduling system updated.
• Maintain knowledge of staff skills and career goals to align assignments.
• Monitor current and future staffing needs and capacity.
• Analyze data on availability, utilization, variance, and open needs.
• Collaborate with leaders to align with strategy and opportunities.
• Build relationships with client teams and internal HR, talent acquisition, learning & development, operations.
