Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and Claude.
• Experience and knowledge using AI tools to improve efficiency, support data analysis, and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels, and skills.
• Forecast hours and track utilization using scheduling tools.
• Identify solutions to open needs and anticipate conflicts.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to keep an updated scheduling system.
• Maintain current skills and career goals in profiles for optimal assignments.
• Monitor capacity and future needs to ensure staffing aligns with demand.
• Analyze data trends: availability, utilization, variance, and leverage.
• Work with leaders to align with strategy and address performance gaps.
• Build relationships with client-serving personnel and Internal Firm Services teams.
• Promote firm-wide talent deployment and continuous improvement.
• May coach junior staff.
