Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule talent to client assignments based on timing, travel, skills, and requirements.
• Forecast hours with scheduling tools and monitor utilization and headcount.
• Identify solutions to open needs and anticipate conflicts.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to maintain accurate schedules and reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of staff skills and career goals for optimal assignments.
• Monitor capacity and future needs, ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Analyze data trends on availability, utilization, and variance.
• Work with leaders to surface opportunities and performance concerns.
• Build relationships with client-facing personnel and internal teams.
• Promote firm-wide talent deployment and possibly coach junior staff.
