• Forecast hours and monitor utilization, headcount, and overtime.
• Identify solutions to open needs and anticipate conflicts.
• Collaborate with engagement teams for accurate reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain skill and career-goal profiles to align client assignments.
• Monitor capacity and future needs to manage demand.
