Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs
• Develop business leads & retention of current clientele
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service; outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships
