Surge Staffing is actively seeking a Talent Advisor to join our internal team as a full-time, permanent employee. This entry-level role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service to clients and temporary staff while leveraging a background in sales.

The role involves recruiting, interviewing, and aligning candidate skills with client hiring needs, plus driving business development and retention through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership role is a plus and staffing industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsabilités

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
