The Talent Advisor will recruit, interview, and place candidates, while developing business leads and maintaining client relationships to grow market share for the Memphis branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma requested or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Sales experience of at least 1 year.
• Experience in supervisory/leadership roles is a plus; staffing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary staff and clients.
• Maximize billable hours and branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
