Job summary

SURGE Staffing seeks a Talent Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates. This full-time internal role requires a proactive, sales-minded individual who can recruit, interview and match candidate skills to client needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed. No experience? entry-level mentions exist, but sales background helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• Must have sales experience at least 1 year.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience is a plus; staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, HR, or a service industry recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' needs and roles.
• Develop business leads and retention of current clientele.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales to obtain new partnerships and customers.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
