Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Talent Advisor with high energy, work ethic, good attitude, personality with a good phone voice. This is a permanent, full-time internal position with Surge Staffing. Considerations will be made immediately.

Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates; recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates; match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs; and grow the branch with new business partnerships and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience greatly preferred.
• Must have sales experience at least 1 year
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pool to fulfill client orders
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs
• Assist in development of business leads and retention of current clientele
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality performance
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and outside sales calls to obtain new business
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers
• Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls and campaigns
• Nurture strong business partnerships and implement retention strategies
• Recruit, train and retain temporary associates; coach and counsel them
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems of associates and customers
