Surge Staffing in Evansville, IN is seeking a high-energy Talent Advisor to join our full-time team. This entry-level role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting clients and temporary staff, and growing our branch presence.

You will recruit, interview, and match candidates to client vacancies, conduct resume searches, and develop new business leads while maintaining strong relationships with current customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Successfully match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Assist in the development of business leads & retention of current clientele.
• Act as a liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase branch profits.
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service; conduct outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships.
• Present customers with Surge Staffing products and services.
• Implement and manage marketing programs for sales calls, direct mail, in-office demonstrations and PR for the branch.
• Nurture strong business partnerships by providing exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary associates; coach and counsel for performance.
