Herc Rentals is seeking a Talent Advisor to lead staffing efforts and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the region. You will advise line management, source diverse candidates, and build strong partnerships with educational institutions and military bases to sustain a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include managing events, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leveraging recruitment analytics to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting, career counseling, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance with employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish partnerships with educational institutions and military bases.
• Experience with recruitment software and data analysis to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy as primary staffing advisor.
• Source qualified and diverse candidates from internal, external, and referral pools.
• Build partnerships with colleges, technical schools, and military bases; attend recruiting events.
• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify internal high potential employees and create regional talent pipelines.
• Design and execute university/trade school recruiting events and campus activities.
