Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary contact.
• Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with hiring success.
• Experience in high-pressure, urgent recruiting environments.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on all requisitions.
• Evaluating and prioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering partnerships.
