Job summary

Talener, a full-service staffing firm headquartered in NYC, is seeking a Client Services Associate. You will train one-on-one with a senior recruiter and receive mentorship from executive leadership as you begin a clear path toward becoming a full lifecycle recruiter and business development professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business administration, entrepreneurship, sales, communications.
• Direct sales, retail, recruiting, customer service or other people-facing roles strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated competitive spirit through athletics, debate, leadership, or organized competition is a differentiator.
• Previous internship or work experience in New York City is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn recruiting lifecycle through training and mentorship; source, screen, and relationship-build with candidates.
• Identify client opportunities and develop business acumen; write and refine client-focused descriptions.
• Guide candidates from resume submission through interviews and onboarding; manage feedback loops.
• Build and nurture client relationships; contribute to placement success and candidate experience.
