Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join our team in Minnesota. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing and screening candidates for engineering and sciences roles.

You'll build trusted relationships with consultants and hiring managers, coach candidates for interviews, and help them advance their careers. A structured training program supports your growth into leadership within Actalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus.
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs.
• Source qualified professionals through recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for start.
• Coach consultants for interviews and support through onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants aligned with skill sets.
