Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the recruiting cycle.
• Provide career coaching on market trends, labor rates, and interview techniques.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools, including in-house AI.
• Use AI-generated insights to drive data-driven decisions.
• Advise account managers on skills, rates, locations, and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates.
