Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to join our Charlotte team. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening interviews, and preparing consultants for new roles.

You’ll also coach candidates, maintain a broad network of engineers and sciences professionals, and build trusted relationships to advance careers. The program includes a paid 13-week training period and a base salary with performance-based upside.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment

Responsibilities

• Meet with hiring managers to understand their needs
• Source qualified professionals through various recruiting tools
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates
• Coach consultants for interviews and support them through first days until engagement ends
• Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skills
• Build trusted relationships to help advance candidates' careers
