Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Source qualified professionals using various recruiting tools.
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for start dates.
• Coach consultants for interviews and ensure engagement after start.
• Build and maintain a network of industry-specific talent.
