Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) is seeking a Technology Research Analyst to investigate talent acquisition technologies, business models, and market developments reshaping staffing and workforce solutions. The role emphasizes independent and collaborative research, survey design, data analysis, and executive communication.

You will engage with technology vendors and staffing executives, present findings at conferences and webinars, and contribute to client conversations.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of relevant professional experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions; five+ preferred.
• Experience at a technology provider or tech role within staffing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and data interpretation capabilities.
• Ability to design and interpret surveys, and present data-driven insights clearly.
• Experience with vendor briefings, product demos, and executive-level communication.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workforce technologies is valuable.
