Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive corporate staffing or recruiting experience.
• Experience in software technology industry a plus.
• Experience leading a team or informal management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes recruiting plans for open positions ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Builds networks and sources passive candidates to maintain a ready pipeline.
• Coaches and mentors Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators; collaborates with business leaders.
