Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter II to drive proactive sourcing and candidate assessment, building pipelines of passive talent and partnering with Hiring Managers.

This hands-on role emphasizes daily outreach, market mapping, and strong relationship building. You will pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear communications within the ATS, ensuring timely, brand-forward hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3 years' experience or 6 years with comparable field, or 1 year with a master’s.
• Experience verbally screening/interviewing passive candidates.
• Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, networks, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates as part of recruiting work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive candidates daily to build qualified pipelines.
• Pre-screen candidates and present top picks with notes.
• Coordinate interviews and travel logistics with Hiring Managers.
• Maintain candidate communications and ATS stages; ensure clean hand-offs.
• Analyze pipeline data and share weekly performance; adjust strategy as needed.
• Support college relations and job fairs; maintain recruitment records.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-sourcing tools to expand reach and speed.
